Why is my account in the Pending status?

Your employment must be verified prior to your approval.  If the email address you registered with has a domain address specific to your company, a validation email was sent to you. You need to click the link in the validation email to complete the approval of your account. If you do not receive the validation email within 48 hours, please contact us by clicking the “Submit a request” button at the top right of the page or by emailing us at sonos@karrotrewards.com.  If the email address you registered with is not specific to your company, your employment is being verified through your manager or store location prior to the validation email being sent.  It would be helpful for to advise your manager that they may be contacted to verify your employment.
